And YOU were the one we chose as the Extra Terrestrial? That's encouraging.

No, I self-identified.

I have punted out of one of the webinars. All stuff I'm already very aware of.

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

Myself attempting to make it through Buckethead's "Soothsayer" on my Michael Kelly. "Attempting" being the operative word. Buckethead's is a challenging style, to say the least.

Nightcore of Angel With A Shotgun.
I don't get it. Nightcore is trending, and my likes and what's trendy NEVER cross paths. Plus I just hate nightcore, for all the obvious reasons. This is the one exception to the rules (such as the universal rule of 'nightcore sucks').
For example, it has almost 100,000,000 views on youtube, which is about 40,000,000 more than the next most viewed nightcore video, and almost 7 times more popular than the original song's music video. It's an anomaly. For some reason that ONE song is pretty great when you nightcore it.
Oh, impromptu WOTD by the way:
Nightcore (n.)
  1. A piece of music that is (usually) sped up, (sometimes) has its bass amplified, and (almost always) is given a higher pitch. This usually results in a more upbeat, but often overplayed (think Imagine Dragons), piece of music.
  2. A person who makes/mixes such music.

EDIT: Oh FSM help me, I found a nightcored Radioactive. CURSE YOU AUTOPLAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!
EDIT 2: Oh yeah, the way in which I first heard the song is remarkable. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, my username is FestiveSatan (as always), and I was literally holding a shotgun in game. The circumstances couldn't have been more perfect.

Started listening to Opeth - Pale Communion this morning. Will finish it tomorrow morning. After that it'll be Marty Friedman's Wall Of Sound.

Spent this evening listening to a bunch of friends playing at the open mic over at the (Episcopal?) Church in Skowhegan. I played "Please Don't Talk About Me When I'm Gone," "39," "Mood For A Day," and "Taxi." Other people played a whole bunch of other stuff.

A lot of hard rock for some reason. It's odd.
