Building my costume
I have a great eye-patch that was a gift from a Renaissance fair (it has a cat's eye on it) and am just going to wear a bandanna on my head. I live in FL and it is always hot here, so no jacket either.
Do you guys wear a cutlass/baldric?
Also, where do I get the hand-outs?

A samurai once asked Zen Master Hakuin where he would go after he died.
Hakuin answered, "How am I supposed to know?"
"How do you know? You're a Zen master?" exclaimed the samurai.
"Yes, but not a dead one," Hakuin answered.

Re: Building my costume
Ahoy thar!!! Oi have me a great Pirate sword I bought on ebay but I also found it here on amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Caribbean-Pirate- ... 624&sr=8-4
Its a really great looking sword in person. It is very long and the black "Antiqued" blade makes it look pretty bad ass! The scabbard is made of wood and covered with either foux or real leather. It has a Jolly Roger on the base of the sword and another pirate symbol at the to of the scabbard. Overall I'm really happy with this sword
I bought another one before it that I wasn't too pleased with. It looks pretty costumey and pretty cheaply made. The scabbard is made of painted fiber wood and the metal tip at the end has fallen off. Plus it is a lot shorter than the other one by about 10 inches making it look pretty puny.
Heres a link to this one

Hope this helped

Sigh...Roger Dean...there was an artist on drugs if ever there was one...genius!
This shows what boring twots we Graphic chaps have to put up with...We had a client once who commissioned a book cover design and he stipulated: "I don't want any 'Yes Album' stuff". I sobbed quietly in a corner.
