Hello there. I'm Escargot.
I found these forums a while ago and have been browsing through it for quite a while, and last night I dreamt that I was drowning in a rather delectable mixture of pasta and sauce. As I went down to Davey Jones' noodly locker (not a bad way to die, by the way), I woke up.
I took it as a sign, and now I've registered.

My candle burns at both ends
It will not last the night
But ah my foes and oh my friends
It gives a lovely light

Pirate Ship
If you've got a pirate ship, I'm your bouy.
Actually, I'm ex Navy, love sailing, and wish I could contribute to weekend events on a pirate ship in the Puget Sound. I almost bought an 80' 1920s tugboat to be converted, but I found out that it needed a new hull which cost more than the entire vessel itself.
And the insurance, don't even get me started...
It doesn't matter what faith you believe in, if there's a Hell its populated by insurance company executives, lobbyists, and congresspeople.
@[email protected] That's my belief, anyway.
community fund for a ship?

All hail the greatness of the Flying Spaghetti Monster
I have a friend that told me of the wondrous work you are doing here and I want to add my support. I believe that this is a religion I can understand and agree with. By the way, where does the line for the beer volcano start and may I have two strippers please?

God.. I hate first posts. I am active in other forums, and then you come to a new one, and you have to start ALL OVER again.
Hate Hate Hate.
Anyhow, I knew about this place for a while, felt I should finally join. I suddenly developed a huge interest in it again, and decided to become a more active member.
( I'm buying the book. Should be here in about four days. )
Who's excited? Me.
And I wanted the book bad enough to FINALLY use my credit card online to get it.
Heh.

First off, I would like to say THANK YOU for such a clear, logical, and believable reason for why the universe is as it is. All hail Him and His Noodly Appendage!
Personally I do not like to partake in the eating of pasta, but from what I understand I may be forgiven this fault with the proper worship and penance.
I greatly hope so!

Hail Him and His Noodly Apendage, for He created all, beginning with a mountain, a tree, and a midgit.
