Hello everyone.

I am a former, or neo, IPU fundamentalist who still believes, but has been unable to explain the epistomology to my son, 11. Not to mention that the dogma in IPU on the forums can get, shall we say, maturely heated. He has, however, taken to wearing an eye patch and has several tresaure chests and sabers underneath the piles of laundry in his room. He is out with mama right now looking for an FSM pendant and some beef jerky.

I believe he has found a school of thought that I can support him in. I am logging in as a parent who likes to get an idea of what my son is up to, not out of control but for guidance. From what I have seen here he is in good appendages, so please share, discipline and reveal as you see fit. PMs to me regarding his ettiquette will be taken seriously, but I won't be checking them all the time. Otherwise, I'll be looking over his shoulder on his journey as the situation warrants.

Meanwhile, some more about my other reasons to be on here. I personally may be posting more serious questions regarding the dichotomy between IPU and FSM. No one has explored succeeding covenants as far as I can see. After all, I have always enjoyed using ramen flavor packets to spice up canned vegetables. I was always under the impression that the noodles therein were only meant to keep the flavor packets safe on their journey from the flavor packet feilds to my kitchen, and gave the noodles to the birds to dine on after opening. Is this wrong? I can't see how, the birds fly just like Him, right?

It was friday and I was cooking my favorite pasta dish (spaghetti with red tomato sauce, my speciality) and wondering why I was feeling particularly weird the last months. A peculiar sense of something missing from my life mixed with a certain eagerness for inner fulfillment. Like something was suppose to happen in my life, something that was very near perhaps even waiting for me in the next corner.

Why the hell I was feeling like this?

And why the hell I HAD to dress up as a pirate again for the third year in a row in the recent costume parties of february!

Hi All, my first post here. I first heard about the FSM in (of all thing) an off topic discussion on a graphics forum. Much about it appealed to me on many levels - the first consistent and truly tolerant religion I have come across.

I'm looking forward to joining in the discussions here, and perhaps contributing some iconography...
