Nice. Awful, but nice.

Did you know that my ex is a total b*tch? She claimed that her grandma died two summers ago and is now using the same excuse to drop the munchkins off for the weekend again. Do you think that g-ma came back from the grave to haunt the family and has now been killed by zombie hunters? (not nice of me, but you don't know my ex)

Well, she would have had 2 grandmothers, right?

Hum, if she had only one grandmother, it could explain why she is so bad (In the case of what Scott tells us is true and objective)

The other grandmother passed away 10 years ago or so while i was still married to the ex....She's lying. She puts golf ahead of her kids, puts drinking ahead of her kids, concerts ahead of her kids. And she wonders why my daughter asks "How many more days til we go to daddy's?" every day....

Did you know that the term 'catch-22' originated with my favorite Joseph Heller book, Catch-22 and that the movie is also one of my favorites?

Did you know that I still haven't finished Catch-22? I started reading it last time I was in hospital and never finished it and couldn't be bothered to finish reading it once I was discharged. I did the same thing with The Origin of Species

Another one to add to the list of books I own and really need to read.

My father passed away when i was 12. I inherited all of the books in his library. One of them was Catch-22. A "friend" borrowed it so he could save a few bucks in a lit class at his jr. college....and never returned it. I now have a very strict no loans on the old books policy.

Did you know that Virginia has multiple elections every single year? Being politically active can be very tiring.

Did you know that last night when i got back to my neighborhood i stopped for some diet soda (read: mix). The cute 22-23 year old behind the counter asked why i was buying so much of it. I said "Mix. Kelsey's out of town and i only want to come here once." I paid and turned to leave. "Hold on" she says. I turn around and she's writing something. She says "Call me" and hands me her phone #.

That one doesn't work either? Damn.

Excuse me, good sir, but you appear to have my luck with the ladies as well as your own. You are quite welcome to borrow it while I'm incapacitated but I'm afraid I shall have to insist you return it by September, otherwise you shall hear from my Ubi lawyer.

I think you might have my luck as well. I would really like it back please. Without it, I only seem to drive them away.

Did you know that i went to the f*cking dentist today? I was all worried that i was going to get a long lecture b/c i haven't seen a dentist in almost a decade....but not a single cavity! His only concern was the spot where i chipped a tooth on a bit of bone that was in a bratwurst. He gave me three options:

1) Root canal
2) Pull it
3) Leave it alone and wait and see...and in the meantime, favor the left side of my mouth when chewing.

One answer costs $0 and the other two cost about $650.

Why would you need a root canal for a chipped tooth?
If it doesn't bother you, leave it alone.
Gum disease is what you have to watch out for.
Been there, done that, ain't going back.
