By the way, whilst you are at the gym transforming yourself (as am I every Thursday for a grueling three quarters of an hour), have you noticed those strange machines which make women bend over in front of you and wiggle their bottoms...I am convinced that it cannot be a normal exercise machine but is designed to put me off my stride.
