I've got that Stooshe "Black Heart" stuck in my head!
The smoke wafted gently in the breeze across the poop deck and all seemed right in the world.

Surfing loudwire this week, found a list of "Rock Goddesses" then saw little Cindy-lou Who on the list...wth?
Turns out she's there for a reason. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHBxJCq99jA NSFW

I believe it's time for mankind to set aside the crutch of religion and embrace morality born of reason and truth. Those crutches have long since proven treacherous when the ground gets slippery.

Astonishing cover of Tool's "46 and 2" by schoolkids, some of whom seem extremely young. The drummer looks about 12, and is utterly amazing.

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

It's entirely possible. I'm old, and I forget stuff.

Yes, I've been watching that one over and over as well. No idea where I saw it first, but it could easily have been your FB account.

Re: Earworms!
Postmodern Jukebox are incredible. Thanks for calling my attention to that, I had missed it when Roy put it up.
My earworm yesterday was Tarkus. Went on for hours. I haven't thought about that album for decades. (The link is a cover by Rachel Flowers. Holy shit.)

[notty words][no, seriously, notty words]London Underground song[/no, seriously, notty words][/notty words]
Yes, it's quite old but I watched it half an hour ago and can't get the bloody thing out of my head. On the bright side it has made me listen to a lot of the Jam, Down in the Tube Station at Midnight is a classic.

Re: Earworms!
For once, it's one of my own compositions stuck in my head: http://www.almightywebsite.com/misc/Unf ... oThing.mp3
I wrote that years ago, 2009, I think, shortly after I composed "Parrot Shell Art Collective". I'm not sure that's supposed to be a flute or a voice (obviously it's a MIDI). I think I wanted to write lyrics and arrange it into some sort of verse-chorus-bridgey thing but I never finished it. For lack of a piano roll synth programmer I can figure out how to use, it'll probably stay unfinished for the foreseeable future.
