The shadow line finished, what am I going to watch now?
The smoke wafted gently in the breeze across the poop deck and all seemed right in the world.

Game of Thrones.

I haven't read the books the series is based on, but it has some really solid acting, and a storyline that'll have you hooked to each episode.

I'm rather enjoying season 2 of Through the Wormhole.

"How is it that hardly any major religion has looked at science and concluded, 'This is better than we thought! The Universe is much bigger than our prophets said, grander, more subtle, more elegant. God must be even greater than we dreamed'? Instead they say, 'No, no, no! My god is a little god, and I want him to stay that way.'" - Carl Sagan

Any time you want to give me a philosophical debunking of creationism I'll be quite happy. Best to put it in one of the Theology and Theosophy threads. No empirical evidence allowed :idiot:

I'd just go with Occam's Razor, which was (last time I checked) a logical/philosophical tool, not some form of empirical evidence. Creationism basically requires a lot of assumptions that evolution doesn't.

Ah, so you don't actually know anything, you're just making a subjective statement on which one you think is more likely :idiot:

Will you two please stop derailing every :furious: ing thread with the same pointless disagreement?

Looking forward to the new series of Midsomer Murders starting next week.

Not looking forward to the ABC messing it up.

Australian TV has a nasty habit of showing, not only episodes, but entire series in the wrong order.

A few years ago Barnaby suddenly acquired a new sergeant with no explanation whatever. The next series shown opened with the departure of his previous sergeant and introduced the new one. :annoyed:

We've had double episodes of shows like NCIS and House separated by several weeks of random episodes between parts one and two. :facewall:
