Currently making chili-cheese risotto:
chili on a bed of basmati rice with a thick layer of provolone melted on top.

Served with garlic bread

I had some Lasagna for Friday.

Pretty good with some meatballs added to it.

Right now...nothing.

But later.....

I have worked 10-14 hours a day for the last 6 days, and have kept rigidly to my disciplined, snackless eating regimen.

Today will be different....No work scheduled. A lazy, duty-less day.

...so...

To the "farmhouse" restaurant in an hour or so, for breakfast.

3 Eggs, over easy.
bacon
sausage
toast
blueberry pancakes
hash browns.

Then, later tonight...
A large pepperoni-onion X cheese pizza.

I love bad food day.

Chewing the side of my cheek because I'm at work and besides the fact that I'm a poor college student, I forgot to pack a lunch today.

On a brighter note, I am visiting my parents tonight, and I steal their food. No cheek-chewing for dinner!!

Eating an 11am breakfast of Earl Grey tea and Teddy Grahams while listening to Weezer's new "Red Album" and studying some VB.net.

Whooo summer break!

3 Sausages, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans on toast, with filled pasta and pesto on top. It's like having 3 square meals all piled up on a single plate! :)
Have fun,
