to-the-bone Atheist turned Pastafarian!

Postby swedishpasta » Tue Feb 06, 2007 8:04 pm

Fellow Pastafarians, it is with great pride that i today, announce myself to be a swift believer in the FSM. I have since grasping the concept of god been a Atheist to the bone. When i heard about the Spaghetti Monster first i was very sceptic but as i looked into it more i found that the legacy of our god was the righteous belief.

Since i accepted the Pasta into my life i have become a better person and much happier in day-to-day life. My spiritual journey goes on.

Blessed be thyne pasta.

PS. i am very curious as to praying? is it required? and how do i do it?

Praying = drinking beer and eating spaghetti, and even that isn't necessary. The FSM's usually too drunk to notice if/when someone prays.
[...] the difficulty of believing that a perfect and complex eye could be formed by natural selection, though insuperable by our imagination, should not be considered as subversive of the theory.

I to am a recent convert to the glory that is FSM, may he continue to touch other peoples lives while staining their favorite sweaters at family gatherings.

How could mere logic

and reason stand when faced with the glory of his meatballs and appendages.

Physics or beer
Evolution or pasta

I know where I stand (well fall over after too many beers)

I recently (few months ago) lost my faith in the Invisible Pink Unicorn, I realised she can't be invisible and pink so assumed she was too greedy and self-absorbed to be a god and now my faith lies souly in FSM and Eris

I an a Christian turned Pastafarian, and it feels great to be a member of a religion that doesn't require you to be a hard-ass
