So I am telling my older cousin about FSM and he says its fake! Well my little cousin hears me and asks me "what is the Flying Spaghetti Monster?" so I tell him. and now he believes! So even though one thinks it is dumb the other does not.

Yes but ninjas are the mortal enemies of pirates. And since pirates are the supreme beings in the eyes of the noodley one, ninjas feel left out, so they pretend not to believe in the FSM. Or something like that. 
Our Pasta, who "Arghh" in heaven, Swallowed be thy shame. Thy Midgit come. Thy Sauce be yum, On top some grated Parmesan. Give us this day our garlic bread. And give us our cutlasses, As we swashbuckle, splice the main-brace and cuss. And lead us into temptation, But deliver us some Pizza. For thine are Meatballs, and the beer, and the strippers, for ever and ever. RAmen.

ahh, that's really too bad about the ninjas. I basically have observed that they are simply unconverted land-bound Pirates. They just don't know the truth. It would be good if they did, they could really further the cause with all those high-kicks and large blades, useful for slicing garlic and whatnot.

I think that as long as it was originally a pirate, it doesn't matter what has been altered, it still is a pirate at the heart (and at the cutlass). Now it's just... what you said.
