I'd say all these are possible candidates.

As long as it has an "8" in it, I'm happy.

Yeah, "ID" or "Id" could be pretty good. Note that "id" is also Freud's word to refer to the unconscious, and I'm pretty sure "id" literally translates to "it in Latin.

Define the universe, give two examples... :-) I'm not sure how the Universe came into the discussion. Anyway, here's two definitions from google: Universe: 1) # everything that exists anywhere; "they study the evolution of the universe"; "the biggest tree in existence" 2) everything stated or assum...

Re: ......

PragmaticallyWyrd, I feel ya. I kinda like this formulation. Whatdaya think? Thou shalt ever seek to improve thy Pasta, to more closely approach the Divine Noodliness. Thou shalt ever remember, however, that the Divine Noodliness, can only be approached. Thou shalt beware those who claim to have ac...

Blessed are the Pasta makers for they shall make life tastey.
(I heard this in a Doctor Who episode except with "pie" for "pasta" and maybe ending in something like "they shall make life pastry" or something.)

The following SUGGESTIONS are from fusiontortellini (also found in the LAW thread): Ahh, so HERE is where I post my suggestions: Thou shalt ever seek to improve thy Pasta, to more closely approach the Divine Noodliness. I offer an alternate version to that one that incorporates a bit of wisdom that...

8

8. Eight. *. Ate. I'm going the Law of Eights. Law of Eights would be: Eight and all multiples of eight. This gives us several other numbers other people mentioned. Of course, there are some numbers (like primes) that it doesn't give us, but so what? Those numbers are already heavily overloaded with...

I understand and agree with the statement that Cthulhu is alien. I'm not sure I see, however, how this figures in a consideration of any relationship with the Flying Spaghetti Monster? Are you saying FSM is not alien? I'm sorry, I didn't explain myself properly before. I didn't mean to say FSM was ...

I wonder if Cthulhu and Flying Spaghetti Monster are two faces fo the same Diety, similar to the loving, childlike Jesus and the Jesus who whipped the merchants in the temple? Well, it's a nice idea, but I'm not sure it goes quite far enough. Cthulhu is alien --in the ultimate sense of that word. N...

I think that the FSM had tried to reach out to Lovecraft, but like many of the protagonists in Lovecrafts stories his mind was unable to grasp what he was facing. Fortunately for us it did inspire some of the greatest stories ever written. I do too. I mean just look at this guy http://logo.cafepres...

Zie has been suggested as a gender neutral pronoun. I don't know if it's appropriate for Zir Noodleyness though.
