Re: Emailing Eric
I'm not sure which moderator saw fit to snag the account [email protected].com and e-mail me, pretending to be Eric, but real funny. In the case that I'm somehow wrong (which I somehow doubt), here's Eric's e-mail.^^^ Again, you are being an idiot. We have better things to do than create fake email ...

Re: The New Convert Thread - MAKE YOUR FIRST POST HERE
Where's Dafty when you need him, anyway? I've calmed and mellowed in my old age :idiot: Good morning The_Onez, I'm sure we'll get along like a house on fire. Could you do me a favour and show me where this 'ridicule' of the million man march is because I don't remember it. This religion seems to be...

Re: What are you reading right now?
Terry Pratchett. Until a couple of years ago, I had never read a Terry Pratchett book. Now I am up to about book 20 in the Discworld series. Seriously? 20 is around the Hogfather / Jingo era? Small Gods and Night Watch are two of my favourite books (and if they are kicking Tom Sharpe off...

Re: CURRENT Television
Celebrity Masterchef. For some reason Vic Reeves (very funny but bonkers comedian) is on under his real name of Jim Moir. Every time someone refers to 'Jim' I find myself wondering why they keep talking about Jim when they're looking at Vic :idiot: Also, Rachel Stevens will be appearing in another e...

Re: Official Cocktail Needed
My suggestion would be the 'pint of beer'. It's quite straightforward: 1. Check the 'beer' in question is not Budweiser (other American canoe waters also apply). 2. If previous dishwaters, throw in bin. 3. If not, apply beer to pint glass, making sure not to cause too much frothing and leaving a hea...

Don't use the search function. Seriously, don't bother, it's absolute dog toffee. Google is much better

Michael Bond, 91, best known as the creator of Paddington Bear. By all accounts a genuinely nice person who wrote some very funny stuff - I remember reading the Paddington books my mum had as a child and laughing.
I hope he has a marmalade sandwich in his hat.

Re: Did you hear who died?
Peter Sallis is a great loss - a brilliant comedian. But cheer up, there's a rumour that they've signed William Hague to play Wallace. Are you mad? '14 pints a day' Hague compared to Sallis? I'll be launching footwear at the telly inside 5 minutes. Bodger was a decent bloke, I remember watching tha...

Re: What in the goddamnhell has been going on around here?
Just your normal ordinary everyday random idiotic lunacy. We've lost a few - Pieces, Bart, and Rain are all drinking at the beer volcano. Elvalia and Zank are out making meaningful contributions to society. Others have drifted out with the tide, the old rat cellar ain't what it used to be. So...

This is not funny. There are lots of funny things that people can do with cover teachers (FSM knows I've had a few done to me) but this is just dull. I've had more laughs in an all-staff meeting about budgets.
